We will endeavor to supply you your order within 4 business  days if not sooner, some products may be on back order in which we will let you know.
In general a freight charge is generated on weights of items shipped and may change to reflect current new weights of products - most items are shipped by NZ Post and are not couriered unless you request this keeping your costs down.
We retain the right to credit you postage on various specials.
Ordered kayaks not in stock require a 50% deposit before proceeding further, there is a delay time of 6-7 weeks before you receive your new kayak which gives you ample time to save extra funds to pay the final invoice - please contact us regarding your order.
Trading is subject to the NZ retailers rules, for returns and warranty claims please contact us and explain the problem.
Goods must be returned unused and in the same condition you received them, in the case of product failure we will arrange a replacement or full refund.
Kayaks are the larger items that we sell and because they need special transport arrangements they may take longer to deliver to your door - we do allow pick up and we are also happy to arrange a time and date for a test paddle.
We do encourage you to contact us in regards to a potential purchase before you buy.
We are committed to the Kaskazi range of kayaks and by arrangement we guarantee buy back from the purchaser when they decide to upgrade to another model of kayak in the Kaskazi range.
Information on this site is only a guide and can change from time to time to reflect changes in the sport as information comes to hand, we endeavor to keep the site up to date and to provide as much information to the kayaker as possible.
